With great consideration for ingredients, seasonality, and sourcing, and a focus on creativity Norn has a clear edge on other restaurants in town. Forget white tablecloths and hushed voices – the Rolling Stones are playing on the jukebox, the front of house have very cool moss linen aprons and you’ll get a visit from each of the chefs in the kitchen over the course of your meal. It feels young, different and very exciting.
